New label - Inc. Apparel
I’ve just spotted a new independent label launch by a couple from the UK, who I think are going to be shit hot – I thought I’d share…

Liton Ali
They’ve kicked off with just two shirt designs, but this capsule range tells us that some amazing things will be coming out of this stable in the near future. This range features two shirts with prints ‘Jacko’ and Lily’ based on some faces you may just recognize.

Lily t-shirt by Inc. Apparel
I know we’re in danger of being overrun by independent T-shirt-slashers nowadays but these shirts have been crafted with careful consideration for styling details such as raw edges and turned up sleeves. The shirt is an over-sized, slash neck shape – trendy and sexy as hell.
The prints are the work of fashion Illustrator and co-founder of Inc. Apparel, Caroline Widgery. Caroline won the Jon Adam portfolio award at Graduate Fashion Week 2008 and sponsor Jon Adam (major clothing supplier to River Island amongst others) liked her so much they employed her.
Caroline has a trademark ink style with elegant and sexy figures painted over bold washes of colour. Caroline commented “I draw inspiration from the things I see and find sexy/exhilarating/cool/beautiful, which I then illustrate in my unique style.” Check out Caroline’s portfolio to see why we think you should be watching this space.
The shirts are 100% organic cotton and are manufactured using only renewable green energy in the form of wind and solar power. The initial range is strictly limited to 200 units and is exclusively available at the Inc. Apparel online store – both at £20.
