Three Hours of Wisdom: Stand up comedy workshop with Adam Bloom
Always fancied being a stand up comedian? Well this month, Radio 4's Adam Bloom will run a 3 hour workshop just for you...

Squeezing the comics’ wisdoms
By no means do you have to be a comedian or performer to attend, although many will be. If you're interested in humour, and how it’s crafted, go along and see how one of Britain’s top comics does it.
Adam will speak on:
- How to get started in stand up
- Defining a persona
- Joke Writing
Take a joke along (self penned or otherwise) for the final session where Adam will break down why a joke is funny and what can make it funnier
There will be a short workshop at the end, involving some joke crafting, but you can just watch if you like.
Three Hours of Wisdom is a new concept in that aims to squeeze the maximum amount of wisdom it can from comedians, improvisers and others connected with the comedy world. 3 sessions in 3 hours.
